Removal of the STS-CS Application: 

Step 1: Here's what you need to do:

Click the "Start" button.

Click on "Run".
NOTE: If "Run" is not enabled on your computer, you will need to contact your system administrator.

Type in "javaws" then click OK.
NOTE: if that doesn't work then type "javaws viewer" (depends on Java verson) then click OK.

Look for STSCS in the list, highlight it and click "Remove the application". 

Click on your Internet browsers' Back button and go to step 2.

When the application reloads, you will be asked if you want a desktop shortcut, click yes.

The application will fire up and you should be ok.
